These emotions can be overwhelming at times and can leave mothers feeling extremely sad, lonely, and depressed for a period of time after giving birth. The symptoms of Postpartum Depression can range from a lingering sadness to an intense sense of despair, making it challenging to care for yourself and your new baby.
It is important to remember that it is entirely normal to feel lost and overwhelmed, especially as a new mother grappling with the often unexpected challenges of postpartum depression. But remember, you are not alone in your struggles.
In the midst of your struggle, remember the words of Deuteronomy 31:6, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you."
